Hi, I’m Matt the creator of the Brick ‘N’ Flame Wood Fired Oven.
It was an idea I had as a means to cook good food using alternative fuel. Food has always been a passion of mine and I love experimenting with new ideas and new methods of cooking.
I’m also huge fan of YouTube both as a viewer and a creator. One day I saw a DIY pizza oven video and thought “I can make that!” I set out to do my own with the goal in mind to make it more affordable, easy to build, and customizable. Being one of 8 children in my family, I wanted a larger firebox than what you see in a lot of pizza ovens so I can feed a crowd. The product of all of these goals and dreams is the Brick ‘N’ Flame Wood Fired Oven.
